Terms of Service

Last updated June 6, 2026 · Working draft, pending legal review

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of undetected.gg and related services (the “Service”), operated by [[ operator legal name ]](“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by [[ operator legal name & address ]]. Contact: [[ contact email ]]. See our Imprint for the full legal notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least [[ 16 ]] years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

Accounts are created through the Service’s forum. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One account per person unless we agree otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, mods, files, images, listings). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, securing, and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights necessary to post it.

We act as a neutral host of discussion and listings. We do not host, store, or transfer mods, scripts, code, or cheats, and we do not pre-screen, rank, or endorse posts. Any files or payments are exchanged off-platform, directly between members, at their own risk — we are not a party to those transactions (see §7). We act on community reports and valid legal notices.

6. Premium memberships

Paid memberships unlock additional features. Pricing and what each tier includes are shown at the point of purchase. Billing is handled via [[ crypto payments (BTCPay) ]]. Our refund policy is described in [[ refund policy — decide with counsel ]].

7. Site credits & the member marketplace

Where offered, site credits ([[ UC ]]) are a limited license to access features. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, are not a deposit, stored value, or e-money, and may expire or be revoked as described in our policies. The member marketplace lets members transact with one another; we are not a party to those transactions, do not hold funds in escrow, and you trade at your own risk.

[[ NOTE for counsel: credit/marketplace mechanics may implicate money-transmission / e-money rules (US FinCEN MSB, EU EMD2/PSD2). This section and the launch of the economy phase require legal review. ]]

8. Payments & taxes

Payments are processed through [[ our payment provider ]]. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names, games, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright & Takedowns policy.

10. Third-party games & modding

Modifying games may be subject to the relevant publisher’s end-user license agreement or terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your activities are lawful and permitted. We do not endorse any use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. [[ Note: EU/German consumer law limits how far warranties and liability can be excluded — review with counsel. ]]

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. [[ Exact wording / caps — decide with counsel. ]]

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing law & disputes

[[ Governing law & venue — decide with counsel. ]]EU consumers retain the protections of their local law. EU users may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms: [[ contact email ]].
